Transition Information

We will have 4 sessions for our enrolled 2027 students to come and become familiar with the facilities, teachers, and other students. These sessions play an important and exciting part in the transition from preschool to school.

Transition Foundation 2027

Friday 27th November 9:15am – 10:30am

Friday 4th December 9:15am – 10:30am (Meet the teacher)

Parents and carers will learn about what their child needs to bring, tips and ideas to support the transition to school, the structure of a school day, processes and procedures for our Foundation students and important dates and times.

Our school tours provide families with the opportunity to explore Streeton Primary School’s engaging learning environments and welcoming community. Meet our Principal, Mr Leon Bell, and our dedicated staff, who will share information about the diverse programs and opportunities available to students.

Visitors will have the chance to view our well-resourced classrooms and specialist facilities, including our Visual and Performing Arts spaces, library, school hall, kitchen and farm facilities. Families can also explore our extensive grounds, including our highly valued permaculture farm and pond area, all set within Streeton’s beautiful bushland environment.
