At Streeton, we believe that children thrive when they know what to expect and feel a strong sense of belonging. Our school-wide routines create calm, positive, and predictable learning environments where every student can start their day feeling safe and ready to learn.

• Lining Up with Care: Students line up in a single file, in roll order, so everyone feels included and ready to move together as a group.

• A Warm Welcome: At the classroom door, teachers greet each student personally. This small but important moment builds connection and lets every child know they are seen and valued.

• Ready to Learn: Students place their belongings away neatly, helping them feel organised, foster independence and preparing students to start the day.

These simple, consistent routines help our students feel settled, respected, and connected — laying the foundation for success in learning and in relationships.
